Job Responsibility: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and
experienced Application Security Engineer to join our team. As an
Application Security Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring
the security of our web and mobile applications by identifying and
mitigating potential vulnerabilities and threats. You will work
closely with our development team to design and implement
security protocols and best practices, as well as conduct regular
security assessments and penetration testing.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identifying and mitigating potential vulnerabilities and
threats in web and mobile applications
● Designing and implementing security protocols and best
practices
● Conducting regular security assessments and penetration
testing
● Collaborating with development teams to ensure security is
integrated throughout the software development life cycle
● Staying up to date with the latest security threats and
trends, and recommending new security measures as
needed
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information
Security, or a related field
● 1-2 years of experience in application security or related
field
● Strong knowledge of web and mobile application security,
including OWASP Top 10, secure coding practices and
common web vulnerabilities
● Experience with security testing tools such as Burp Suite,
OWASP ZAP, and Nessus
● Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C#,
and Python
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills
